John Mays is known as the “I Believe I Can Man” is truly a Master Encourager and builder of people, purpose, and possibilities. Currently residing in Louisville, Kentucky, John has dedicated his life to helping others grow in faith, leadership, and financial freedom. As a real estate developer, community leader, and spiritual mentor, he teaches that encouragement is more than kind words it’s a strategy for transformation.

John serves as President of the Kentucky Real Estate Investors Association (KREIA) and President of Master Builders Academy, where he equips new and seasoned investors to create wealth through ownership, stewardship, and service. His heart for people extends beyond business into ministry, where he leads youth and adults to discover their God-given potential through programs like the Children Against Negativity for children & Youth Leadership Academy for teens and Perspectives for Young Adults.

A man of resilience and growth, John’s life reflects the power of transformation. Having overcome personal and professional challenges, he has turned those experiences into a mission to help others rise above setbacks, rebuild with purpose, and move forward with confidence. His journey fuels his passion for developing people, cultivating leadership, and creating environments where others can thrive and achieve their full potential.
